1. Scope and definitions
This license applies only to an AHUEX asset identified in a completed order and which AHUEX owns or is authorised to license. A preview, demo, unreleased product page or this license page by itself grants no rights. The “Licensed User” is the one natural person covered by the purchase. A “Finished Work” is a completed creative output in which the asset is incorporated for an end use and is not offered as a standalone stock file, source file, template component or downloadable asset.
2. License grant
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, AHUEX grants the Licensed User a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license to download, store, use, reproduce, edit and incorporate the asset into an unlimited number of Finished Works. Copyright and ownership are not transferred.
3. Single-user scope
One purchase covers one Licensed User. A company, studio, agency or client may pay, but must designate one person who may access and work with the source asset. Other people may review or use exported Finished Works, but may not receive, download, edit, store or reuse the standalone asset under the same purchase. Each additional person needing source-file access requires a separate purchase or written AHUEX permission.
4. Permitted use
- personal and commercial Finished Works;
- social content, advertising, branded content, campaigns, presentations, websites, apps, films, broadcasts, streams, event screens and client deliverables;
- the Licensed User's own Canva, editing, compositing or design workflow when producing a Finished Work;
- cropping, resizing, retiming, recolouring, compositing and adding text or audio; and
- publishing and distributing Finished Works without limits on audience size, media spend, impressions, views or territories.
Attribution to AHUEX or Roman Bordo is appreciated but not required.
5. Client work
The Licensed User may create and deliver Finished Works for clients. The client may use the delivered Finished Work for its intended purpose, but receives no ownership of or separate license to the standalone asset. If a client or collaborator needs the source asset, or an editable project or Canva template from which it can be extracted and reused, that person must obtain a separate license.
6. Prohibited use
- selling, sharing, sublicensing, redistributing, lending, gifting, uploading or otherwise providing the standalone asset to another person;
- offering the asset, including a lightly modified version, as stock footage, a motion asset, template, editable Canva template, source project, asset pack, library, theme, tool or other downloadable product;
- using the asset in a resale product when the asset itself provides the primary value;
- making the asset extractable or uploading it to a shared library accessible by unlicensed users;
- using the asset itself as a logo, trademark or service mark, or claiming authorship of the standalone asset;
- using the asset to train, fine-tune, evaluate or populate a machine-learning model, dataset or generative asset service; or
- using the asset unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights.
7. Ownership
AHUEX or the applicable identified rights holder retains copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the asset. The Licensed User retains ownership of their original contributions to a Finished Work. No rights are granted except those expressly stated here.
8. Duration and termination
The license is perpetual while the Licensed User complies with these terms. It ends automatically if the order is refunded, reversed, charged back, obtained fraudulently or materially breached. After termination, the Licensed User must stop new use and delete accessible source copies. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
9. Product-specific terms
A product page or included manifest may state additional conditions. A clearly stated product-specific term controls for that product if it conflicts with this general license. Preview files, watermarked media, demo videos and website imagery are for evaluation only unless expressly included in the purchased download.
