1. Information we receive
We may receive information you provide when you email us, request support or buy a product, such as your name, email address, order details and support message. Do not send sensitive payment information by email.
2. Checkout and payment data
Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and processes checkout, payment, tax, receipt, fraud and refund data under its own terms and privacy policy. AHUEX does not directly receive or store your full payment-card details.
3. Website analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits, product interest, checkout starts and basic site performance. Technical data may include the page viewed, interactions with storefront controls, referral source, approximate location derived from network information, and browser or device type. Google and Vercel process this data under their own privacy terms. We use the resulting reports to operate and improve the storefront.
4. How information is used
- to deliver products and provide support;
- to verify orders, licences, refunds or reported problems;
- to operate, secure and improve the website;
- to meet legal, tax, fraud-prevention and accounting obligations; and
- to communicate about a request or transaction.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the store, such as Lemon Squeezy, Google Analytics, Vercel, hosting, email and professional advisers, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, accounting, legal and fraud-prevention purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or object to certain processing. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons. Contact hello@ahuex.com. For payment records controlled by Lemon Squeezy, contact Lemon Squeezy through the order receipt or customer portal.
8. International processing
AHUEX and its service providers may process information in different countries. Providers are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards under their own legal obligations and policies.

We may update this policy when the storefront, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows the current version.
