1. Scope
These Terms apply to the AHUEX website and AHUEX digital products. AHUEX sells premade downloadable creative assets, including rendered stock motion / video files and customer-editable templates. Product pages describe what is included in each purchase.
2. Seller and payments
AHUEX products are created and supplied by Roman Bordo / AHUEX. Payments, applicable taxes, receipts, chargebacks and payment-related refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy's checkout terms also apply to your transaction.
3. Product information
Before purchase, review the product page for the exact file list, format, resolution, software requirements, compatibility, licence and price. Preview images and demo videos illustrate the product but may be compressed or watermarked. Unreleased items marked “Preview”, “In development” or “Planned” are not available for purchase and are not promises of a release date.
4. Delivery
Live products are delivered digitally through the download method shown at checkout or in the receipt. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and downloading or safely storing your purchase. Contact us if a delivered file is missing, corrupted or materially different from its description.
5. License
Buying a product grants a license to one natural person; it does not transfer copyright or ownership. Unless a product page states otherwise, the AHUEX Standard License applies. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or make the source asset available as a standalone file or competing downloadable asset.
6. Intellectual property
AHUEX or the applicable identified rights holder retains rights in products and assets supplied under a completed order. AHUEX retains rights in its previews, branding and website content. You retain rights in your own work and must have the rights needed for any material you combine with an AHUEX asset.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use AHUEX products unlawfully, deceptively, to infringe another person's rights, or to create a product whose primary value is redistributing the AHUEX asset. Do not claim the asset itself as your original standalone work or register it as a trademark.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under the AHUEX Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Availability and changes
We may correct product descriptions, prices or website errors before purchase. Material changes do not retroactively remove a licence already granted for a completed purchase. Updated files may replace earlier versions when necessary to fix defects or improve compatibility.
10. Liability
Products are provided as described on the product page. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AHUEX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits or lost data. AHUEX's aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. Mandatory rights and liabilities remain unaffected.
